Hogne Danielsen is a professional boatbuilder with several years experience. In 2004 he started his own workshop building classic small boats on the island Averøy in Møre & Romsdal, on the west coast of Norway. Between 2001 and 2004 Danielsen worked for Nordmøre Museum on restoration and rebuilding of wooden boats, and building new replicas of the traditional “geitbåt” from Møre & Romsdal.
